Would NEVER but again. Dirt came moldy throughout the bag. After I tried to return for a replacement, My City Pants shut me down. Kind of rude actually. They spoke to me like I was new to plants. In fact I’m a plant daddy and will not come back. Don’t waste your time

After receiving feedback from our employees, many wanted to see more greenery in the office. After doing some research, I came upon My City Plants and I am so happy I did.
The selection of plants were great and choosing them and the right base were easy. Their website provided a lot of detail and we picked plants that were known as ‘air purifiers’ for our office.
I was surprised at the arrival, that we could have the plants within a few days which was perfect. When they arrived they were all wrapped and you can tell the team took a lot of care and pride in the plants and customer service.
We received an informational sheet for each plant type we ordered and they sent me an email on the watering instructions.
The comments from our employees have been great, the plants are tall, lush and green..just what we wanted!
